1. Ownership of content
Unless otherwise indicated, all content and materials on the Platform are owned, controlled, or licensed by SupplySwap, including but not limited to: text, graphics, user interface elements, visual interfaces, photographs, logos, icons, software, algorithms, data compilations, audio and video content, designs, “look and feel,” and any compilations thereof (collectively, the “SupplySwap Content”).
The SupplySwap name, logo, product design, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of SupplySwap or its affiliates and licensors. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.
2. Limited license and permitted use
Subject to applicable terms of use and any agreement you have with us, SupplySwap grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and SupplySwap Content solely for your internal business purposes or personal use, as applicable.
You may:
- View and browse the Platform through a web browser or supported app.
- Print or download reasonable excerpts of content for your own records or internal use.
- Use any tools or interfaces we expressly provide for customers or partners, in line with their documentation and terms.
3. Prohibited use of materials
Except as expressly permitted in this notice or by written permission from SupplySwap, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the SupplySwap Content.
- Distribute, sell, license, rent, lease, export, or publicly display or perform any SupplySwap Content.

4. User-generated content
Certain parts of the Platform may allow you or your organization to submit content, such as listings, photos, descriptions, messages, or feedback (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it to the Platform, you grant SupplySwap a limited license to host, display, process, and use that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Platform and our services.

5. Third-party content and open-source components
The Platform may incorporate or link to content, software, or services provided by third parties, including open-source software components. Where third-party licenses apply, those terms may govern your use of the relevant components in addition to our own terms.
References or links to third-party websites, resources, or services do not imply endorsement or responsibility. SupplySwap is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or services.
6. Infringement notices and DMCA
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may notify us by sending a detailed written notice to:
