SupplySwap respects your privacy and provides a way to request deletion of your account and associated data.

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, which may include:

• Account identifiers and profile information (name, avatar, contact details)
• Listings you created and related listing content
• Messages, offers, swaps, and other activity linked to your account
• Device and usage data tied to your account (where applicable)

Some content may be retained in an anonymized form to maintain platform integrity (for example, where other users need message context), but it will no longer be linked to your identity.

We may retain limited information only where required or permitted by law, such as:

• Security and fraud-prevention logs
• Records needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements

Any retained records are not used for marketing and are stored securely with access controls.

• We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
• Where retention is required for legal or security purposes, we may retain limited records for up to 90 days.

5. After deletion

• Your account will be permanently disabled.
• You will no longer be able to sign in.
• Deleted data cannot be recovered.
